Our Facility
Sunshine Health Medical Clinic is a large purpose built General Practice with modern state
of the art facilities, located at the corner of Dawson St and
Devonshire Rd in the centre
of Sunshine Business Area.
The Clinic currently has 4 fully network computerized Consulting rooms, one
modern equipped Procedure room and a Staff room. We are using Best
Practice Software. An onsite Pharmacy is now opening for your convenience.

About Us
The Clinic is staffed with highly experienced and enthusiastic Doctors and Administrators, as well as a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and to provide general support. A friendly and positive environment is encouraged and nurtured in our Medical Centre by the way of regular administrative and clinical meetings, professional development activities and social activities which are also organized periodically within the centre.
Staff at Sunshine Health have been carefully recruited for their experience and enthusiasm. They are highly trained with excellent customer services and nursing skills. The Division I nurses will be employed in the near future for assisting the Doctors with Enhanced Primary Care plans and management of patients with chronic conditions as well as helping immunizations, dressing and Pathology collecting. Our staff provide a great service and safety environment which allows patients to feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Thac(Thomas) Phan (MD, AMC, FRACGP)

Dr. Phan has worked in General Practice and Hospitals around Victoria (including Royal Melbourne, Western Hospital, Alfred Hospital and Warragul Hospital) for 6 years. He graduated in 1990 and went through the Australian Medical Council Examination. He also is a member of RACGP. Thomas enjoys a broad range of General Practice from Birth to Aged Care. He is interested in Skin Cancer detection, treatment and carries on multiple procedures. |
Dr. Loc Ngo (MD, AMC)

Dr. Ngo has worked in General Practice, mostly in the Western region for more than 10 years. He has enriched this experience with years of work overseas before coming to Australia. He previously worked in a Medical Surgery at Alfrieda Street, St. Albans before joining us at Sunshine Health. Dr Ngo brings a wealth of experience and good humour to the team and enjoys the challenges of working as a family practitioner. |

Steven Ha has worked in Administrative and Computer Management for 5 years since 2003. He experiences in Technical Support and General Office Administration. He also is a member of New Breed Security and has The Commonwealth Games 2006 Award. He joined Sunshine Health Medical Clinic in 2008. He enjoys working and supporting other people. He is also interested in Web Design, Computer Network and Medical Software. |
